CAN YOU DO JUST A LOGO?
I definitely can do a logo, whether it's just a refresh of your existing logo or a brand new one after some consultation. That being said, the logo is just a small part of the larger brand so I much prefer to craft a brand package, with the logo being one piece of it.
WHAT IS BRANDING AND WHY DO I NEED IT?
Branding is the overarching essence of your company that is your customers associated your business or products/services with, and it's how you stand out in the market. If you choose to assess your branding with me, we will discuss in-depth your brand story and goals in order to create a comprehensive identity.
HOW WILL I MAINTAIN MY BRANDING?
Depending on the deliverables that I have set up for you, I often include a brand standards guide - a small package that gives clear rules on how to use your new designs across all marketing channels and platforms consistently. That being said, I never abandon clients completely once a project is complete! If you would like continuing support we can discuss that too, whether it be on an as needed basis or at an hourly rate every month.
WHAT DOES THE PROCESS LOOK LIKE?
Every single project is different, just like my clients! I usually like to start off with a discovery conversation over the phone, or even in person if it's convenient for both of us, then from there I will have a clear picture of what you're looking for. From there, I will create a proposal and a project quote for you to assess before we move forward.
HOW DOES PRICING WORK?
A lot of people want to know pricing right off the bat, but in order to calculate that I need information from you that I collect in our discovery conversation. Contributing factors are things like what services are you looking for, do you need printed materials or digital files, what is your timeline, are you a freelancer or a corporation, etc. Once I have drafted a quote for you and you've had a chance to review and approve, I always require a 50% deposit to begin, then the remainder is due at the time of project completion.
